Dr. Dyhia Belhabib is an environmental scientist and expert on maritime criminality and illegal fishing. She founded Spyglass.fish, the most comprehensive database on maritime crimes in the world. She co-founded Nautical Crime Investigation Services, a tech startup where she develops artificial intelligence and tracking technologies that predict maritime crime risks. Dr. Belhabib authored over 80 peer-reviewed and non peer-reviewed publications and was featured in the New York Times, the Guardian and the Canadian National Television.
